Complete M116 EFI kit but without ECU. Customers can choose suitable ECU and connect it to M116 EFI kit.
Handcrafted concentric twisted wiring harness without ECU connectors. Labeled wires for DIY ecu installation (Maxxecu, Emtron, Autronic, Link, AEM, Haltech, MegaSquirt or any other brand what is comfortable to use/tune and find support locally.
Billet aluminum fuel rails with injectors, mounting accessories and fuel fittings.
Teflon AN6 fuel lines with our billet fuel pressure regulator housing and Bosch 3 bar regulator. Compression-fit type fittings to chassis side 8mm hard line.
Ignition coils with mounting bracket and spark plug cables.
Adapter between throttle body and air filter housing with port for crankcase ventilation to left side of valve cover.
Idle air valve with tubing and mounting on intake manifold. Idle air outlet to lower intake manifold instead of EGR pipe.
Trigger wheel (*replacing harmonic balacer!)
Distributor blank plug.
Sensors: Crankshaft sensor with mounting bracket, Coolant temperature, Inlet air temperature, Throttle position sensor with adapter, Wideband oxygen sensor.
*Trigger wheel is mounted between crankshaft pulley and crankshaft flange without harmonic balancer – it must be removed. For keeping harmonic balancer it`s necessary to change original pulleys with our designed lightweight **pulleys because crankshaft pulley has trigger wheel bolted on.
**Crankshaft+water pump+power steering pump pulleys – 6 rib belt instead of V belt design. Automatic belt tensioner can be used if SLS/hydraulic pump is not fitted.
